The Way to Happiness – Be Industrious

The Way to Happiness is a book by L. Ron Hubbard which delivers a set of basic morals for our modern world.  You can greatly enhance others you associate with by having them apply these precepts.

Precept # 16 – “Be Industrious”

This is a great one.  It shows you that power of choice is cause and that things don’t just happen, they are made to happen.

L. Ron Hubbard wrote: “Work is not always pleasant. But few are unhappier than those who lead a purposeless, idle and bored existence … Morale is boosted to high highs by accomplishment. In fact it can be demonstrated that production is the basis of morale. … The way to happiness is a high road when it includes industriousness that leads to tangible production.”
